Training and dual studies
In particular, with a trainee ratio of 15%, we attach great importance to the training of specialists and managers from our own ranks. For example, we regularly train the following professions:
- Technical product designer, specializing in machine and plant construction
- Industrial mechanic, specializing in mechanical and plant engineering
- IT specialist, specializing in application development
- Electronics technician, specializing in automation technology
In addition, we regularly train dual students.
